The PGA Championship Official Store is committed to providing golf fans with high-quality merchandise, and we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed products and memorabilia are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your official PGA gear in its original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
